i found my stay to be very worthwhile. the staff impressed me with their attentiveness, and the rooms were very suitable with various amenities. the restaurant on the second floor offers an extensive buffet. i thought the pool cafeteria was great too. huy and her team are really good at their jobs (i was impressed!). if rain was approaching, they were quick to help me move, so i wouldn't get drenched.
i noticed a slight damp smell when i first entered my room. it wasn't a big issue, but i did notice it.

the hotel enjoys a really good location, placing it within walking distance of many tourist sites. you can easily reach major attractions, with a convenience store right next door. it is quiet despite being in a central area.

The room was beautiful and clean. Comfy beds were also a plus.
The staff seemed inflexible and it was like the rules were more important than customer satisfaction. i asked for another coffee at 10:01 am, just as i finished breakfast, but i was told breakfast closed at 10 am. staff were eager to help but intrusive. They took away plates while i was still eating. the hotel also does not have a good wine selection.
